Book a Tour Appointment

Go to our Application Portal to create an account and begin filling out your student’s information. All application materials can be uploaded, completed, and managed through your portal account. For any questions, please contact the Admission Team or go to the Application Portal Help Center.

Admission Interviews are held via Zoom, one-on-one with a member of the Admission Team. Use the link below to book an appointment. Further instructions and links will be sent in a confirmation email.

A few notes:

• There will be time at the end of the interview for parents/guardians to hop on if you also have any questions for our team!
• Please plan for a 45 minute interview.
• The only preparation we ask for, is to review our website and come ready with questions.
• Our team looks forward to hearing about what you are interested in, and what you are looking for in your next steps!

Families requesting financial assistance should complete the Parent Financial Statement (PFS) for 2023-24 online in the School & Student Services (SSS) Portal.

Deadline for applying for financial aid is February 1.

Families will receive an individualized tuition plan with their admission decision on March 10.

Using your Application Portal account, navigate to the Application Checklist to complete and/or upload the following:

Teacher Recommendations: Applicants are required to submit two recommendations – one from an English teacher and one from a Math teacher. Enter your teacher’s name and email address in the portal, and a form will be sent directly to your recommender.

Transcripts: Upload a copy of unofficial transcripts or grade reports from the current school year (2023-24) and the previous school year (2022-23)

Student Short Responses: Have your child complete these short essay prompts within the word count limits. There is an option to ‘Save & Finish Later’ if more time is needed.

Parent/Guardian Statement: Answer questions about your student’s readiness and your family’s overall experiences. We encourage you to answer as clearly and honestly as possible in order to best connect with your family.

Optional Test Scores: NEIA is a test-optional school. You are welcome to submit any standardized testing with your application.

Additional Documents: Have a recommendation from one of your coaches? Or a business pitch slide deck you’re proud of? Or a music video you’ve produced? Upload any additional documentation you would like to share with our team here!

$35 application fee for applications received by February 1 deadline
$50 application fee for applications received after February 1 deadline

Non-native English speakers are required to submit a Duolingo or TOEFL score.
